Letify

A distinctive identity for a UK proptech startup

Letify set out to disrupt residential lettings with a tech-led platform offering 1% fees for landlords and a clear stance as champions of the tenant. The service combined full-service lettings with spare rooms in HMOs, alongside virtual property management and a turnkey layer of services including photography, floor plans, furnishing, cleaning, certificates and repairs.

The new venture needed a credible brand capable of standing apart in a crowded property market while appealing to landlords, tenants, trade partners and investors. It had to feel sharp and commercially credible, but also warmer and more accessible than the traditional lettings sector.

We created a distinctive identity that balances confidence with friendliness. Typography and colour were developed to deliver clarity and cut-through across digital interfaces, marketing communications and partner channels, while the wider design system was built with enough flexibility to support future sub-brands across maintenance, interiors and international expansion.

The resulting identity gives Letify a clear presence in the residential lettings category, supporting its ambition to reshape the landlord and tenant experience with a more modern, transparent and tech-led offer.
